Valeria Zitz is a computer scientist with a pragmatic approach, navigating the realm of interdisciplinary IT projects and focusing on the practical applications of digital technologies and data-driven methods.

At the HCC Research Group, Valeria is a researcher and teaching assistant lecturing in both bachelor's and master's programs. Before joining the HCC, she shared her insights on Human-Computer Interaction at Hochschule Karlsruhe and delivered usability and multimedia communication courses at Hochschule Heilbronn. Her academic journey includes an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Hochschule Karlsruhe, with ongoing efforts towards a Ph.D. in the Department of Computer Science at Freie Universität Berlin. In her research, Valeria focuses on human-centered applications of Large Language Models.
