The overall objective of the project "DocTalk - Dialog trifft Chatbot" is to test digital communication and learning paths in order to meet the increased requirements of interdisciplinary cooperation and at the same time specialised process flows both technically and didactically. This means in particular the requirements of further training for medical colleagues beyond organisational and spatial boundaries, such as in rural regions and therapy centres for systemic medicine. During the three-year project period, DocTalk aims to establish an interdisciplinary network of medicine, media education/didactics and informatics, with the following objectives:
Technological and social-communicative practices of physicians in the process of increasingly digitalized work will be examined and requirements for a social-constructivist, didactic scenario will be derived from it, which will be translated into a conversional interface, which will be integrated on a protected communication platform (e.g. Mattermost). This communication platform should make it possible to share existing and self-created resources more easily and to create communication occasions that call for reflected media action with, via and through the interaction with a chatbot. Doctors should be given the opportunity to reflect on their learning processes.
