Course Description

The research seminar provides students with a comprehensive overview of research activities and current topics in human-computer interaction, with a focus on interactive intelligent systems.

Presentations will be given by members of the Human-Centered Computing research group, BSc/MSc students, and external researchers. There will also be regular discussions of highly relevant research papers and presentations. Additional seminar topics will be added as the semester progresses.

The aim is to foster an atmosphere of mutual learning and inspiration. We will discuss current research and critically reflect on scholarly practice.

Participation in a range of topics is encouraged, including those outside one's own thematic focus. The seminar is open to all who are interested. Regular attendance is required for all members of the research group and students writing BSc/MSc theses within the HCC group.
