Aufgabe 5, Gruppe 3 (Mathias): Erstellung von Hassediagrammen

Deadline: Mittwoch, 08.04.2015

Schreibe ein Programm, dass:
  • das den Output der FCA benutzt und erstelle hiermit die Hassediagramme metabolischer Netzwerke
    • Die Knoten in dem Diagramm entsprechen den Reaktionen des metabolischen Netzwerkes
    • Voll gekoppelte Reaktionen sind zu einem Knoten zusammen gefasst
    • ist Reaktion j gerichtet gekoppelt an Reaktion i, dann sollen j und i verbunden sein und j ist oberhalb von i.
