Course details
- Qualifikationsziele: Die Studentinnen und Studenten können Standardprogramme im Bereich der Sequenzanalyse selbstständig benutzen. Sie kennen die verschiedenen Konzepte und sind in der Lage, ausgewählte Systeme zu bedienen und zu programmieren. Die Studentinnen und Studenten können neue Workflows konzipieren und die Ergebnisse grafisch aufbereiten.
- Inhalte: Es werden vertieft Themen aus folgenden Gebieten behandelt:
- Implementierungen von verteiltem Rechnen
- Einbinden von Standardprogrammen in Workflows
- Erstellen und Anwenden von Bioinformatik Workflows in bestehenden Systemen
- Zeitaufwand
- 15 Wochen
- SWS: 4h
- Präsenzzeit: 60h
- Vor- und Nachbereitung: 70h
- Prüfungsvorbereitung und Prüfung: 20h
