| Inhalt: | This course will give a detailed description and understanding of parameter identification in systems of increasing complexity, finally for networks in mathematical systems biology. Topics: -- unconstrained and constrained linear least squares problems -- unconstrained and constrained nonlinear least squares problems -- parameter identification in large ODE networks -- modifications for DDE equations |
| Zielgruppe: | Up to now, 11 German speaking graduates and post-docs have expressed their interest in attending. If further only English speaking graduates of post-docs are interested, then the course can be given in English. |
