OpenMS

• new Model for Elution profiles in MSSimulator
• started implementation of generic labeling framework (local draft)
• implemented asymmetric elution profiles for Centroided Feature Finder

Protease Kinetics

• started to evaluate different approaches for robust parameter estimation
• tested Copasi and Predici as alternatives to pure Matlab based parameter estimation

Plans for upcoming 6 month

• finish Parameter Estimation part
• combine all approaches into one (TOPP) tool
