Friday, 25.06.2010:
- second meeting with Hauswedell to do planning and division of work
- adding source code to svn
- try different possible languages to analyse the quality of different data sets (R, python)
- continue scripting automated quality analysis with python and R
- present Holtgrewe first pictures
- try to implement various idears of Holtgrewe
- decide python as language of first choice
- debugging scripte and present picture Holtgrewe
- implement comandline input options
- solve long runtimes and memmory problems
- met with Holtgrewe and Hauswedell, discussed various issues
- problems with running the scripts on tanne or kiefer
- reorganised file and directory structure to accomodate for more different sample sets
- resolved issues with permissions/umasks
- implement discussed issues
- continue implementation of discussed issues
- solve running problems on tanne and kiefer
- adding optional comandline options for selective plotting (histplots or barplots)
- run scripts for quality analysis on different samples
