OpenMS
- generic labeling framework for MSSimulator is finished
- OpenMS 1.7 released
- parallel implementation of RawSignal Simulation in MSSimulator
Protease Kinetics
- implemented adapter for http://www.zib.de/de/numerik/csb/projekte/projektdetails/article/poem.html POEM
- tested POEM for parameter estimation; very promising resutlts
- implemented WORKER (proteomics.net) for all mayor steps in the workflow
Plans for upcoming 6 month
- write Simulator Paper
- large scale testing (using WORKERS) of kinetics ideas
- write protease kinetics paper
- write outline for dissertation
Outstanding Tasks
- porting protease kinetics ideas to OpenMS (e.g. TOPP tool or external project)
Deferred Projects
- implement non-tryptic identification for Schlüter Lab (maybe paper)
- possibly write part of LabelFree Quant Paper with Hendrik
