We, the Human-Centered Computing Research Group (HCC) at Freie Universität Berlin, aim to contribute to society by addressing evolving technological challenges from a human-centered perspective and exploring meaningful interaction concepts, especially in the area of Human-AI Collaboration. In our interdisciplinary research, we apply empirical approaches from human-centered design to investigate the assumptions and effects of technologies on people. We strive to actively involve people and their perspectives in our research to promote participatory and value-based technology design. We strive for the reproducibility of our research results and make them openly accessible to enable all interested parties to (further) develop solutions for scientific, social, and individual challenges.
