Within the project OSM-Navigation we aim at developing open source libraries and services for navigation and routing applications based on the OpenStreetMap data. These components are combined to provide concrete applications such as an online route planner or a mobile navigation system.

We additionally focus on specialized navigation and map services, for example route planning for hikers or bicyclists or route planning on a campus site.

Regarding the development on mobile devices we rely on the Android, iPhone and Symbian platforms.
