H2020 project PhasmaFOOD will present for the first time their portable, spectroscopic non-invasive device with multiple sensors for food analysis at RAFA 2019 conference. The device is able to detect food spoilage, food contamination, and food adulteration by a sophisticated interplay of advanced optics, device’ pre-processing firmware, user-friendly smartphone App, and cloud-based AI. FUB Heisenberg Group is full partner in PhasmaFOOD responsible for the co-design of the cloud-based AI data analytics. More details here.
